Following The Event The Company Will Ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell

National Vision Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EYE) (“National Vision” or the “Company”), will host an Investor Day on Monday, November 17, 2025, in New York City, as previously announced. The event, to be held at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square, will highlight the Company’s transformation strategies and financial outlook, featuring a series of presentations as well as a question-and-answer session with members of the Company’s senior leadership team, including Alex Wilkes, Chief Executive Officer, and Chris Laden, Chief Financial Officer.

The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET and is expected to conclude by 1:30 p.m. ET. Due to limited capacity, in-person attendance is by invitation only and advance registration is required. The live event will be available via webcast on the Company’s Investor Day microsite. To commemorate the milestone event, the Company will ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on November 17, 2025.
