(“Broadmoor Products” or “Broadmoor”), a leading provider of water treatment specialty chemistry products and services based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition represents another important step in DuBois’ strategic growth plan to expand its Water Solutions business and deepen its service coverage across the United States and Canada.
