Built on onsemi's 1/4.2″ back-side illuminated (BSI) stacked CMOS architecture with a 2592 × 1944 active pixel array, the Falcon-544CRS supports capabilities such as enhanced HDR, Wake-On-Motion, and excellent NIR sensitivity upto 940nm. Additionally, the AR0544 sensor integrates with an on-board ISP to provide advanced features such as Dynamic ROI streaming, ROI based Auto-Exposure control, and LI-HDR enabling reliable performance across low-light conditions, high-contrast scenes, and motion intensive environments.
