UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 23, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who honors Bradley Bettencourt for his significant expertise and experience in real estate, as the owner of Bettencourt Investments LLC, founded in 2014 under a different name.

About Bradley Bettencourt
Mr. Bettencourt's interest in real estate began with inspiration from his father. A certified public accountant with more than 50 years of experience, his father was also successful in his investments in single-family homes. After witnessing this, Mr. Bettencourt developed an interest in the real estate market, which eventually led him to purchase his first rental properties in Texas in 2016 after founding his own firm.
Before founding Bettencourt Investments LLC, Mr. Bettencourt earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural business finance in 2011 and a master's degree in agribusiness in 2014, both from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business in Tempe, Arizona. In the earlier part of his career, he managed farms in eastern Colorado and Nebraska before working as a credit analyst and credit officer at various banks in Kansas and near the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona.
A New Career Path Taking Shape
It was while Mr. Bettencourt was near the border that his ambitions began to take shape. He began to focus on international trade, specifically importing produce from Mexico, and started learning the Spanish language. His dedication to becoming conversational in the language led him to spend time in Latin America, including living in Costa Rica and Chile. Once he could converse well, he began using his Spanish-speaking skills in his day-to-day real estate dealings.
Mr. Bettencourt currently manages four rental properties in Texas in addition to managing dozens of properties for others that are held in irrevocable trusts. He also serves as the president of the Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association, a position he assumed in 2025 after joining the board of directors in 2024. In this position, he oversees the general operations, manages the budget and works to improve the community, including collaborating on large projects with the city of Mesa, Arizona. He became more deeply involved in the community after he noticed significant budgeting errors and questionable spending decisions.
Work Outside of Real Estate
Beyond his work in real estate and the community, Mr. Bettencourt has also volunteered for his local Boys & Girls Clubs and has recently become involved in local politics. After the 2020 election, he worked for a time for Maricopa County Elections and later testified in a high-profile trial concerning election issues. The experience caused him to become more involved and to serve as a precinct committeeman and state committeeman. He is currently running for the Arizona House in Legislative District 9.
Mr. Bettencourt credits his success to his father and his late grandfather, who was a World War II veteran. His father's strong work ethic and understanding of the legal process have greatly aided him in overcoming his business challenges, while his grandfather's strength and leadership taught him the importance of hard work and maintaining high standards.
A Commitment to Real Estate and Networking
Within real estate, Mr. Bettencourt has interests in the growing importance of creative financing, especially in buyer's markets. He also stresses the importance of attorney oversight for creative finance agreements, recommending attorney review even if it's not strictly required.
Outside of business, Mr. Bettencourt enjoys traveling and networking. He finds his language skills are particularly useful when dealing with rental properties and contractors, many of whom are Spanish speakers. He understands that the Spanish-speaking community has real estate needs and recognizes the importance of clear communication in his work.
