The Empower Role Model lists celebrate leaders in business who are driving inclusion for people of color across business. Over the past two years, Hayward has focused on aligning leaders and creating actionable change through a focused Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EI&D) strategy for Tapestry.
Under Hayward’s leadership, we’ve introduced a diverse slate requirement in the recruiting process, increased transparency in posting open roles, established an inclusion index engagement goal, and tied leadership incentive compensation to EI&D goals. His work has also led to the creation of our first-ever Employee Resource Groups and has established the framework and governance to set diverse communities up for success.
