SmartCard Marketing Systems Inc.(PINKSHEETS:SMKG) announced today another record high month in their Prepaid Card loading, Pin Debit and Bill Payment processing volume for December 2008. The company saw an increase of 1,700% in Payment processing for December 2008 as compared to same period last year. This volume exceeds the previous record high by 211%, which was posted the month before in November of 2008. This growth trend started mid-2008 when SMKG completed development of its full complement of alternative financial services. The growth is anticipated to continue through 2009 and 2010 as the company grows its transaction volume and active customer base.
