Tuesday Sector Laggards: Biotechnology, Construction Stocks

In trading on Tuesday, biotechnology shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Voyager Therapeutics, off about 17.7% and shares of Skye Bioscience down about 14.9% on the day.
