Russell 2000 Drifts Off The Highs But Holds Onto Breakout

Wednesday delivered the long-awaited breakout in the Russell 2000, and while we didn't get the follow-through higher, we did see buyers maintain breakout support. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 has been looking a little vulnerable.
