New version of Prop 400 fails in Arizona Senate committee

The bill failed 3-4 on Feb. 13, with Democrats on the committee voting it down due to fears the bill derailed cities' light rail systems, which proved to be a popular mode of transportation for visitors during Super Bowl LVII.
