Kentucky doctor accused of plotting to have ex killed in delivery of 'Christmas flowers' after custody battle

U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky announced that Dr. Stephanie Russell was arrested in an alleged murder-for-hire plot against her ex-husband.
