Congressmen Higgins, Biggs to probe 'legal mechanisms' involved in migrant dispersal

Congressmen Clay Higgins and Andy Biggs traveled to the border to probe the ‘legal mechanisms' used to clear the migrant camp with thousands of Haitians near a bridge in Del Rio, Texas, earlier this week.
