UnitedHealth will rush billions in payments to cash-strapped health providers

UnitedHealth Group Inc. on Monday promised to accelerate its claims-processing efforts, a move that should get billions of dollars in cash more quickly to hospitals and physician groups seeing a drop-off in business amid the COVID-19 epidemic.
