About the Company, Its Driving Force and The Way Forward

Toronto, Oct 29, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - Ukiyoto Publishing, announces the release of its handpicked titles in this financial year ranging from a platter of love-comedies to addictive thrillers to chilling horrors to management references. The journey has been absolutely fabulous ever since Ukiyoto started producing its titles with submissions from various backgrounds and geographies across the world.

"I'm proud to be a part of the excellent team and definitely would recommend them as a partnership firm and a publisher." Tamikio L. Dooley, one of our distinguished core team members and an award-winning author speaks as she starts writing the sequel to her first blockbuster thriller, "Dawn Of The Walkers". With her sheer passion in the literary field and utmost dedication towards her work, Tamikio has been specifically recognized by the team and chosen to represent the company in certain events and activities conducted or yet to be conducted in the future.

Last quarter, Ukiyoto had an entry for publishing an excellent insightful and resourceful management reference, titled "Human Resource Management Made Easy" written by Mike Gill. Mike has been involved in industrial relations, human resources, and management for over forty years. With a career spanning across manufacturing, public transport to FTSE 100 companies and city councils, his profound experience and research find the way for this must-read human resource management guide.

Getting back to fiction, when the festive season set in, Ukiyoto initiated, "Stories From India" focussing on short story collection specifically from India. Vibrant debut authors such as Sana Shanawaz and Pratyay Ganguly put in their best writing skills to make this collection a stunning reading material.

Speaking about thrillers, one can never miss Anangsha Alammyan who has been the favorite pick in cybercrime and the first author from India to be engaged with, back in May'19. She was found on Quora with one of her quotes from, "What did Tashi do?" and the company immediately decided to read her entire script to take up further production processes. As the choice was perfect, "What did Tashi do?" turned out to be an absolute page-turner with a 4.8 rating on Amazon and 4.49 rating on Goodreads as on date.

Ukiyoto released a unique title in October 2019 with a splendid collection of micro tales, "The Untold Stories" written by Manali Desai. These are one to two-liner stories that create a strong impact on the readers' minds as well as bring about imaginary portraits while reading them, few in context to real-life instances that happened around the world. "The idea was to capture a story in the form of incidents from everyday life and to also keep in mind the increasing short term attention span of the readers." Manali says as she reads her 131st micro tale - "Happy Valentine's Day".

This Halloween, we had an amazing horror release - "Transamagei" by one of our youngest authors, Jessika Sims. Twenty copies of the title were shipped to New South Wales, Australia and they rightfully found their place at the bookstore, Harry Hartog, Greenhills. Premium limited edition copies (with Ukiyoto seal and Author signature) are on their way to New South Wales for a Grand Christmas 2019 Giveaway.

While stories get unraveled throughout the world, author Daniel Mugaviri from South Africa is busy spreading social awareness in South Africa and reaching out to influencers to bring about a positive change in the society. Daniel has been actively involved in getting his countrymen together in producing collaborative titles and working for a better future. His title, "Africans Remain Beggars" outlines the current situation in Africa and possible ways to solve the problems there.

Last but not the least, early in the year, Ukiyoto published a splendid series of eight books, "The Spirian Saga" written by Rowena Portch and it was one of the finest picks to date. Rowena lost her vision to Retinitis Pigmentosa, but her passion for writing stories never diminished. There is at least one blind character in each of her stories. She does this to help educate others about the mad skills blind people have and to offer an insight into how they live their lives.

Further plans involve the release of Literary magazine, Litteratura in December 2019 and Travel magazine, Itinerantur in January 2020. While Litteratura would exclusively feature authors and their stories, Itinerantur would cover travelogues, travel diaries and exotic travel accounts slated for a tentative release in Uzbekistan.

Ukiyoto values its authors and has plans to nominate them for both National and International literary conferences, book fairs, and fetes from time to time.

About the Company

"As all fiction start from intriguing stories, Ukiyoto too had its story only that it was not a fiction."

In January 2019, under the clear night sky, lit by a million stars, while listening to a Bedouin's life story in a desert camp in Sharqiya Sands, Oman, a fascinating idea was born. It occurred to one of our founding partners to identify splendid stories, fantasies, and content from across the world and blend them with powerful technologies such as augmented reality and blockchain to spin a unique spellbound creative hub.

Thus, Ukiyoto was incepted in Wahabi (Sharqiya desert) Sands, Oman in January 2019 and has been an ever-exciting adventure so far.

Ukiyoto comes from two Japanese words, Ukiyo and Kyoto. 'Ukiyo' is the floating world created by the dance of leaves when looked at the sunlight amidst the tiny spaces within them while Kyoto symbolizes Capital. Ukiyoto hence signifies the capital of a creative floating world entirely different from common existence.

Ukiyoto invites stories and quality content from across the world and handpicks the content for publication in both paperback and eBook formats. With its global outreach and spread, Ukiyoto is able to create a vast exposure to the selected titles and creates a large audience base to choose from its publications. The company operates in an open community structure where contributors work across the globe at their own pace and comfort. The key people forming the driving force are spread across Canada, U.S., U.K., South Africa and India and are either in the same industry for a long period of time or are passionate authors and writers themselves with an entrepreneurial flair. They are identified and communicated by Ukiyoto for working with the company in learning new programmes, getting new opportunities, driving specific domains and joining a global community of authors' and writers' network.

With the objective of producing this unique world with spellbound creativity, Ukiyoto has a high acceptance rate of manuscript submissions and encourages new authors and writers to get published and showcase their story to the world. To all those who are looking to join this global bandwagon, Ukiyoto warmly welcomes them to submit their stories and get published.
