Reynolds tobacco debuts e-cigarette commercial, tightens online vape sales to combat teen use

Reynolds, a unit of British American Tobacco, is launching a national TV campaign for its Vuse Alto vape. The company is also tightening online sales as the Food and Drug Administration weighs e-cigarette regulations.
