Chesco DA opens criminal probe into Sunoco pipelines

Tom Hogan said Wednesday that the investigation into the Mariner East 1, 2, and 2X pipelines that run across the state will include their owners Energy Transfer, Sunoco Logistics Partners and related corporate entities.
