Our bipartisan bill will force drug companies to justify 'drastic' price hikes

Rep. Francis Rooney, a Republican, just signed on to the FAIR Drug Pricing Act, a bill that requires basic transparency for pharmaceutical companies that drastically spike the price of a drug.
