AstraZeneca slumps in weak U.K. market

Shares of drug maker AstraZeneca PLC and oil firm Royal Dutch Shell PLC lead U.K. stocks lower on Thursday after lackluster earnings reports, while banks drop after facing large payouts to small-business customers.
