Fondiaria-SAI board clears cap hike-source

MILAN, Dec 23 (Reuters) - The board of Fondiaria-SAI , Italy's largest motor insurer, has approved a capital increase to boost its weak capital ratios, a source close to the matter said on Friday without giving the size of the measure.
