LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Kingfisher PLC (KGF.LN), the home improvement retailer, Thursday announced the results of its invitation to holders of its GBP250,000,000 5.625% Notes due Dec 15, 2014 to tender their Notes for purchase by the Company for cash.
