As Executive Director for the last 8 years, Ben has been instrumental in driving our workplace culture, leading the Graduate & Leadership Development Programs and delivering successful engineering projects. Ben will remain engaged with industry while having a stronger focus on the operation of the MLEI group of companies, as he leads us in our purpose to develop people, deliver trusted expertise, and shape communities.
After founding the company 16.5 years ago, outgoing Managing Director Nicholas has grown the company from its first humble office on Unley Road to today's 135-strong team across multiple offices, multiple sectors and that is dedicated to the company vision, purpose, and values. Nicholas will continue to lead MLEI's Mergers and Acquisitions to build on the 7 transactions so far and contribute to Strategic Recruitment and Business Development. Executive Directors Thomas Ha and Jim Nayler continue in their valuable roles in both governance and operations.
