ESPN, Penn agree to launch sportsbook ESPN Bet in fall; Dave Portnoy buys back Barstool

Penn Entertainment will rebrand its current sportsbook and relaunch as ESPN Bet in the fall in 16 legalized betting states where Penn Entertainment is licensed.
