Arizona mayor defies governor's COVID vaccine mandate ban: 'No authority'

One Arizona mayor announced that she will be keeping the coronavirus vaccine mandate for city workers in place despite Governor Dough Ducey's renewal of an executive order which bans local governments from creating such vaccine mandates.
