Los Angeles, CA – November 16, 2021 – The US Hollywood Int’l Golden Film Award committee is pleased to announce the recent release of GFA 2021 nominees this month for every category of award. Unlike the 6th GFA that was hosted virtually due to pandemic restrictions, the upcoming 7th Golden Film Award 2021 will be an in-person event that will be hosted in LA in December.
The US Hollywood Int’l Golden Film Award night 2021 is scheduled for December 18, 2021. The award night will be co-hosted by GFA with IFSM Fashion Gala. The onsite event will be graced by some VIP guests and US nominees. Other nominees and industry professionals will watch the event online.
“We are excited to share with you all that we have recently released our list of nominees for every award category for GFA 2021. We are also glad that this time we will finally be able to host the award night on-site in LA as an in-person event. However, given the existing pandemic restrictions, we have limited our in-person attendees to some VIPs and US nominees while our other nominees will watch the event online. We hope, in the coming year, we will be able to welcome all our nominees from all countries”, stated the leading spokesperson from the GFA committee.
“We are regularly monitoring the local public health recommendations from the California State Department of Public Health about pandemic and assessing the situation on a daily basis.”
The GFA committee has co-organized the award event with Flixge, The World Network, Hifex, WCETV, Islive and Fashion Unity Network.
The award night will be followed by online screening of films from all over the world, from December 19 to 26, 2021. Interested viewers will be able to watch the films on leading online digital movies and TV shows streaming platform Flixage. The website is currently offering a special 2021 GFA Screening Pass package that will enable subscribers to view the GFA screenings 24/7 within December 19-26, 2021.
“We have added a few extra days to our main award night as part of our ‘together and apart’ initiative in these trying times. The pandemic and social distancing norms have kept us apart and prevented us from inviting many of our nominees and industry professionals from other countries at the upcoming award venue. But, we want to convey this message that even if we are apart physically, we are together in spirit. Our extended film screening event is our humble effort to keep all of us together through films.”
The GFA is an annual event dedicated to showcase and celebrate the most promising films and screenplays from all across the world. Every year, GFA receives umpteen numbers of submissions from as many as 30 countries as well as regional zones. The award ceremony celebrates and honors every aspect of filmmaking, ranging from directing, writing, acting, production, and so on. The event also covers documentaries and original films.
