All but two plaintiffs drop class action lawsuit against SmileDirectClub

The class action lawsuit, filed in September in Middle Tennessee U.S. District Court, alleged that SmileDirectClub damaged the doctors’ businesses by illegally practicing dentistry. The complaint also alleged that the company misled consumers about its product’s effectiveness and level of customer satisfaction.
