Clean coal refining plant to be built in southwestern Pennsylvania

CNX Coal Resources LP (NYSE: CNXC) announced Wednesday that it had reached a partnership with Omnis to construct what it called a first-of-it-kind solid energy refinery that will take waste coal at the Bailey Mine Complex and turn it into clean carbon fuel.
