AGCO Publishes 2012 Sustainability Report

The report details AGCO’s global goals for sustainable operations and products, and tracks progress to-date. “Overall, our business fundamentals are in great shape, and we are in a very strong financial and competitive position to realize progress on the sustainability front,” said Martin Richenhagen, Chairman, President and CEO of AGCO.

AGCO’s sustainability objectives were developed to provide the best impact and prioritize the most pressing global economic, environmental and social issues facing AGCO’s stakeholders. The 2012 report helps bridge the discussion about issues and the Company’s work towards net positive impacts. Aligning with the Global Reporting Initiative™ (GRI) guidelines, the report includes summaries of material issues such as food security, energy and climate, resource management, supply chain as well as issues that drive long-term company sustainability.
