Early in his career, Mr. Lukjan worked as a temporary assistant for Denso, a motor vehicle manufacturer, where he learned foundational industrial engineering principles and their applications. From 2015 to 2016, he served as a manufacturing engineer at Special-Lite Inc. in Decatur, Michigan. This role provided him with valuable insights into engineering and production techniques that contributed to his future success.
Before his current position at Shape Manufacturing, Mr. Lukjan was a sales team lead from 2018 to 2020, where he strengthened his skills in sales management and team leadership. During this time, he also worked as an industrial engineering consultant. In his current role, he leverages his expertise in statistics and ergonomics to enhance Shape Manufacturing's development process.

Mr. Lukjan's success has been aided by his dedication to remaining current with the latest developments within his field.
