Published as a permanent, versioned public record, the Official Canon establishes one authoritative reference for understanding how 360WiSE approaches machine-readable identity, public-information continuity, provenance, verification, resolution, recognition, governance, and external credibility infrastructure.
The release marks a transition from explaining the framework through individual web pages, interviews, presentations, and public announcements to maintaining a unified standards corpus that businesses, creators, institutions, governments, developers, researchers, journalists, search engines, and artificial intelligence systems can reference directly.

The Canon is maintained as a living but controlled body of documentation.
Future changes will be dated, versioned, and recorded through the public Change Log and Revision History. Informative white papers may explain research, implementation decisions, or strategic context, but they do not modify normative Canon requirements unless formally adopted through the Canon revision process.
