The combination brings more than 150 years of US Stove hearth heritage together with WMA's portable and residential heating portfolio; the US Stove brands continue within the combined company.

United States Stove Company ("US Stove") of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, one of the oldest manufacturers of wood-burning heating appliances in the United States, has joined World Marketing of America, Inc. ("WMA"), a leading supplier of heating solutions. Together, the two heating businesses now operate on the WMA platform, under one roof.

This step builds on the strengths of both businesses. WMA adds US Stove's wood and pellet stoves, furnaces and hearth products to its own portfolio of portable and residential heaters, giving customers a complete heating offering across two pillars - residential heating and portable heating - available from one source. A simpler, more coordinated operating platform allows the combined company to move faster, operate more efficiently and compete as one enterprise.

Randy Meyers, Chief Executive Officer, World Marketing of America, Inc.

“United States Stove Company has kept American homes warm since 1869, and its brands stand for the durable, affordable heat our customers expect. Bringing both businesses onto one platform lets us offer a complete range of heating products from a single source, and it gives our retail and distribution partners one stronger company to work with.”

August Jones, former CEO of US Stove and now Non-Executive Director, World Marketing of America, Inc.

“As the fourth generation of my family to lead US Stove, I care deeply about honoring what this company has built while positioning it for the future. Joining World Marketing gives our brands, our people and our customers a stronger platform to invest, innovate and grow. I look forward to supporting Randy Meyers and his team as they build on this foundation for decades to come.”

All current World Marketing of America and US Stove brands remain in the market. The US Stove leadership continues under the guidance of the World Marketing of America executive team. August Jones moves to a non-executive director role at World Marketing of America. The transition is already underway, and both companies are committed to ensuring continuity for customers and supply partners throughout.
