Experienced healthcare investment professional joins firm to support continued growth

Consonance Capital Partners ("CCP"), a private equity firm focused exclusively on investing in the U.S. healthcare industry, today announced that Charlie Kolisek has joined the firm as a Vice President.

Mr. Kolisek brings significant healthcare private equity experience to CCP. He joins the firm from GTCR, where he was an investment professional in the firm's Healthcare group. Prior to GTCR, he was an investment professional at Carlyle, and he began his career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan.
