Carefeed, the leading technology and operations platform for senior living and long-term care, today announced that Mike Collette, founder of PatientPoint, has joined its Board of Directors. A well recognized healthcare entrepreneur and longtime leader in patient engagement, Collette brings deep experience building and scaling healthcare technology companies. Collette has guided multiple mergers, financings, and strategic growth initiatives throughout his career.

Most recently, he led PatientPoint from startup to a national leader in patient engagement and point-of-care marketing, growing the organization to more than 600 employees nationwide and culminating in its sale to Advent International in 2025.

“Mike’s track record of building healthcare technology companies is exactly the kind of expertise we want as we continue to scale,” said Terry Wall, CEO of Carefeed. “He’s a trusted leader with deep experience growing platforms that improve how healthcare organizations connect and operate. We’re thrilled to welcome him to the Carefeed Board of Directors.”

“Carefeed is solving complex and ever-changing challenges for care teams,” said Mike Collette, Board of Directors, Carefeed. “I look forward to supporting Carefeed’s growth trajectory to further help communities improve the clients’ daily operations and processes with greater confidence.”

Care teams manage critical work across disconnected tools with too many handoffs. Carefeed brings the operational workflows surrounding resident care into a single solution, helping staff stay aligned, giving leaders better insight, and creating more time for the moments that matter most. Collette’s appointment reflects Carefeed’s commitment to lead the industry by helping providers improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden on staff, and run stronger, more connected communities.
