Move bolsters BOWS acclaimed litigation practice

The Houston-based Bissinger, Oshman, Willliams & Strasburger LLP (BOWS) law firm has added noted civil trial lawyer and litigator Ryan Higgins as an equity partner, bolstering its already acclaimed commercial trial practice.

Mr. Higgins represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile, high-stakes commercial dispute trials and arbitrations across a wide range of industries. His work on behalf of businesses and individuals centers on contracts, fraud claims, partnerships and shareholders, fiduciary duties, energy, securities and antitrust issues.
