iflow illuminates supply chain risks insights right into ERP systems of records

Today, interos.ai announces the launch of iflow, a new capability in iQ, the industry’s first fully productized predictive analytics platform. Unlike many standalone point solutions in the industry, iflow uniquely captures relevant insights from the interos.ai platform in a closed-source contextual AI framework, extending workflow to the next level into a fully integrated ERP workflow approach.

Leveraging iQ’s orchestration of ERP and market data, iflow illuminates supply chain risk within systems of record, surfacing contextual AI-driven insights directly into ERP tasks. iflow also connects to iScore®, interos.ai's supplier risk score, which recalibrates as resolution outcomes feeds back into the platform. No other SCRM platform uniquely harnesses contextual AI this way. Now with iflow, iQ illuminates risk insights, closes the loop, and drives actionability through deeper integration into ERP systems of records, starting with ServiceNow in this debut release.

“We partnered with interos.ai early in iflow’s development because we saw firsthand how much time would get lost between spotting a supplier risk and being able to act on it. That gap is typically where resilience is won or lost,” said Dave Zack, Vice President, Operations and Program Excellence, L3Harris. “iflow closes that gap and provides real-time intelligence to the right team, with the ability to move fast and be more proactive.”

“Within the F1000 companies and federal agencies, SCRM risks are often siloed across multiple point solutions. interos.ai uniquely couples the power of iflow’s real time illumination of supply chain risk opportunities and iQ’s predictive analytics, closing the loop to drive actionality. iflow moves supply chain risk intelligence out of the dashboard and into the daily operating rhythm of the enterprise, so the right people act on the right risk at the right moment," said Yardley Pohl, Chief Product and Technology Officer.

iflow is available now for select customers, with general availability planned in Q4 ’26.
