WARSAW, POLAND / ACCESS Newswire / October 27, 2026 / multiQure S.A. (WSE), a biotechnology company developing an RNAi gene therapy for Huntington's disease, will attend BIO-Europe 2026 in Cologne, Germany, on November 9-11, 2026. Two weeks ahead of the event, the Company has already scheduled 14 meetings with potential partners. The conference is the next step in building relationships with international biopharmaceutical companies that may be interested in multiQure's gene therapy and immuno-oncology programs.

- BIO-Europe is a tremendous opportunity for us to present ourselves to leading players in the healthcare industry. Biotech companies, pharmaceutical groups and investors from around the world meet there in one place over just a few days. The technology we are working on is generating very strong interest. We already have 15 meetings scheduled with potential partners, and there are still two weeks to go before the conference - said Sławomir Wójcik, Member of the Management Board of multiQure S.A.

BIO-Europe is Europe's largest and longest-running partnering conference for the global biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry. This year's edition will take place at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in Cologne, where the organizers expect more than 5,800 participants representing more than 3,200 companies from over 60 countries. The event is built around pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between companies, investors and innovators. This year, the program also goes beyond partnering and investment to cover regulatory affairs, clinical development and manufacturing strategy. BIO-Europe is organized by Informa with the support of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). The in-person event will be followed by two days of online partnering on November 17-18.

The meetings at BIO-Europe are part of multiQure's broader effort to identify parties interested in partnering. In August 2026, the Company began working with Liberi Group, a global advisory firm specializing in partnering and valuation of life sciences assets. The aim of that collaboration is a dialogue with selected international biopharmaceutical companies to determine what data they would expect when evaluating multiQure's program. The Company may incorporate the resulting insights even before the first administrations of the therapy. Separately, multiQure has started talks with large global biopharmaceutical companies to assess the partnering potential of the immuno-oncology projects it developed within its portfolio before transforming its business model.

In June 2026, multiQure raised PLN 50 million to fund key stages of its RNAi program. These include preparing and administering the therapy to the first patients and obtaining initial efficacy and safety profile data. Under the current plan, the first administrations at a specialized center are scheduled for the second half of 2027, with first observation results by mid-2028. In parallel, the Company will prepare the program for further regulatory consultations and for submitting an application for approval to start a clinical trial (IND) to the FDA or another regulator.
