Sat will remain with P&Q until the end of 2026, supporting the leadership transition. He will leave with thanks from the whole P&Q and THE team. Though we will be sad to say goodbye to Sat, we are delighted to announce that Leanne Maciel has accepted the role of Managing Director. Since joining P&Q in 2019, Leanne has played a crucial role in shaping commercial strategy, driving organizational excellence, and strengthening P&Q's partnerships across the global business education community. In addition to her extensive work in the business education sector, Leanne brings firsthand perspective as an MBA graduate herself, alongside experience with global brands such as Procter & Gamble and Heineken. Her deep understanding of the industry and commitment to delivering value for P&Q's readers and partners make her the ideal person to lead P&Q into its next chapter.
Leanne will work closely with the P&Q Leadership Team, Marc Ethier - Editor-In-Chief, Pola Lem - Executive Editor, Jason DePoy - VP of Sales, and Georgina Hannah - Director of Site & Product Operations, to build on the organization's strengths and guide its continued evolution.
