Intel's move into mobile casts cloud on ARM

British microchip designer ARM Holdings has flourished as mobile phones have grown more sophisticated. But fears that it could be on a collision course with Intel on mobile devices have cast a cloud on its future -- even as some analysts say the U.S. chip giant’s entrance is an opportunity as much as a threat.
