Top lawmakers decline White House invites to Pittsburgh in wake of synagogue shooting

House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and House Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., were all invited to Pittsburgh, a source familiar told CNBC.
