Heart disease is becoming a big red-state problem

Heart disease has been declining all over the U.S. for decades, but nine states saw a recent big jump in their relative rank for this disease burden. They have something else in common: All nine voted for Trump. The nation may be heading for two Americas on its leading cause of death.
