Pennsylvania halts ETP Sunoco Mariner East pipeline again

May 25 (Reuters) - * An administrative law judge for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) granted a request to stop construction on Energy Transfer Partner LP's (ETP) Mariner East 2 and 2X pipelines and halt flows on the existing Mariner East 1 natural gas liquids pipe.
