Luxury home sales on Oahu post double-digit gains in 2017

The median sales price for all luxury properties — single-family and condominium resales selling for for $1.5 million or more — was $1.976 million in 2017, an increase of 3 percent from $1.925 million in 2016, according to a report by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.
