Pinnacle Makes Significant Commercial Hires in North Carolina

Pinnacle Financial Partners made eight significant hires of revenue producing associates in the Carolinas and Virginia during the fourth quarter of 2017. Five joined as financial advisors for client advisory teams, which focus on commercial and industrial lending. Two serve as commercial insurance advisors, and one is an office leader who works with retail and small business clients.

These additions mark strong progress in Pinnacle’s pursuit to hire 65 financial advisors in its expansion markets in the Carolinas and Virginia over the next five years.

“Our organic growth is predicated on hiring the best bankers in the markets we serve,” said M. Terry Turner, Pinnacle’s president and CEO. “We hire experienced professionals at the top of their game who have established books of business. That has always been our strategy and the way we have successfully taken market share away from the competition in our legacy markets. I am very pleased with the progress on this front in our new communities.”
