Tyson will develop $320M poultry complex near Tonganoxie

The company will construct a processing plant, hatchery and feed mill on about 300 acres south of the city. Tyson will employ about 1,600 at the complex and will contract with Northeast Kansas farmers and ranchers to raise chickens.
