Mr. Tittle will be participating in a panel discussion at the 25th Annual American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Winter Leadership Conference.

The panel will discuss the topic entitled, "Preferences for 'Dummies'," on Friday, December 6, 2013, from 2:15 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. PST, at the Terranea Resort, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.

Matters on the agenda to be discussed by the panel and the engaged audience include the current state of the law on preference recoveries, an overview of the prima facie preference case, the two primary defenses to preference actions, and how to settle a preference action through mediation. James I. Stang, a founding partner with the firm of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP in Los Angeles, CA, will act as moderator of the panel.
