Banks committed to Fondiaria-Unipol deal-sources

MILAN, June 4 (Reuters) - The banks underwriting capital increases as part of plans by Italian insurer Unipol to rescue troubled Fondiaria-SAI are still committed despite the passing of a deadline, sources said on Monday.
