Market Winners & Losers: Vivus, K12 Inc.

After a surge in last week’s mortgage applications and led by surging industrial stocks, the major indices were all in the green with the Dow up 0.5%, to 9547.22, the S&P 500 gaining 0.8% and the Nasdaq up 1.11%.
