On March 28, 2007, the Board of Directors of PRG-Scultz International, Inc. (the “Company”) set
Friday, June 15, 2007, as the date for the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders. The directors
also set April 23, 2007 as the record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at
the annual meeting.
