Effective
November 30, 2005, the Registrant amended its Articles of Incorporation to change
its corporate name from Sunair Electronics, Inc. to Sunair Services Corporation.
A copy of
the press release announcing the approval of the name change is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
