On June 30, 2005, Exelon Corporation (“Exelon”) and Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (“PSEG”) issued a press release commenting on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s decision to approve their merger without hearings. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Current Report on Form 8-K by reference.
