Dan L. Duncan, the Chairman and a director of EPE Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P., passed away on March 29, 2010. Mr. Duncan had been a director of LE GP, LLC, the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P., since December 23, 2009.
