Syngenta
issues CHF 350 million domestic bond
Syngenta announced
today the successful issue of a CHF 350 million domestic bond with four years
maturity. The proceeds of the bond will be used for general funding
purposes.
John Ramsay, CFO,
said: "We have taken early advantage of improved borrowing conditions
in the Swiss domestic market as part of our normal funding
requirements. This bond issue on attractive terms further enhances
our debt maturity profile, and the favorable market reception demonstrates
Syngenta’s strong financial position and credit quality."
